Is this the same as RF microneedling?
No. RF microneedling adds thermal energy; regular SkinPen microneedling uses mechanical needling.
Are exosomes or stem-cell products required?
No. Such products have separate evidence, safety and regulatory questions and should not be presented as routine necessities.
