PIAMO RF + vacuum
The supplied device images identify the PIAMO PIA-Quattro platform, with QUATTRO-V shown on the display. Official product information describes HIFER radiofrequency combined with PVP vacuum technology. This is not a focused-ultrasound or HIFU treatment.
Who it may suit
A treatment for your concern.
Not everyone’s concern.
Patients considering treatment for mild laxity or selected localized contour concerns. The clinician assesses tissue thickness, medical history and whether the available handpiece suits the intended area.
Where it may be used
Manufacturer information describes face and eye-area tips, with body tips and CELLO-L as additional options. The clinic must confirm its installed handpieces and local labeling before offering a particular area.

Understand the treatment
What happens
beneath the surface?
HIFER stands for Hybrid Intelligent Fusion Enhanced Radio-frequency. The Quattro electrodes deliver RF while the QUATTRO vacuum handpiece draws tissue into contact using Pulsed Vibration Pressure (PVP). The manufacturer describes software-controlled electrodes, temperature feedback and pressure control. This is electrode-based heating of contacted tissue, not an acoustic beam focused at a preset depth.

No fixed millimeter range is specified in the official public documentation reviewed. The suction dome and RF field illustrate a mechanism, not measured penetration. Do not read them as 1.5, 3.0 or 4.5 mm HIFU focal points.
What the drawing means
Vacuum-assisted RF tissue heating
PIA-Quattro uses HIFER radiofrequency and PVP vacuum assistance. Suction draws tissue into contact with the electrodes; RF heats the contacted tissue. No fixed millimeter penetration range is established by the reviewed public documentation. This is not a HIFU focal-depth chart.

The practical details
What to expect.
- Downtime
- Often limited; temporary redness, tenderness, swelling or suction marks may occur.
- Comfort
- Warmth and suction sensations; intensity and tolerance vary.
- Results show
- Firming changes are assessed over time; no fixed improvement timeline is promised.
- How long it lasts
- Individual response and maintenance needs vary.
- 01
Assess: distinguish skin looseness, localized fullness, muscle prominence and volume loss.
- 02
Select: confirm the installed platform, compatible handpiece and safe area-specific protocol.
- 03
Review: monitor comfort and skin response, then reassess results using consistent photographs.
Honest expectations
What it cannot promise.
No fixed numerical treatment depth was found in the official public product information reviewed. Tissue capture, electrode geometry, tip selection and treatment parameters influence the heating pattern. Ultrasound-style 1.5 / 3.0 / 4.5 mm focal-depth labels must not be applied to PIAMO. We do not promise permanent fat removal, correction of severe eyelid hooding or surgical-level results.
Common questions
Before you book.
Is PIAMO RF + vacuum or focused ultrasound?
For the pictured PIA-Quattro platform, official documentation identifies HIFER RF with PVP vacuum assistance, not focused ultrasound. The name HIFER should not be confused with HIFU.
How deep does PIAMO treat?
The reviewed official pages do not specify a validated fixed millimeter penetration range. This is a variable tissue-heating zone rather than a discrete acoustic focal point. We therefore show no numeric depth scale. A numerical claim would need the model- and applicator-specific manufacturer instructions.
Has the installed unit been independently verified?
The clinic-supplied promotional images identify the pictured platform, but do not document the physical installed unit or its accessories. The clinic confirms its model/nameplate and available handpieces before treatment.
What is the role of vacuum?
The QUATTRO vacuum applicator draws tissue into contact while pulsed pressure and RF are applied. It is not the same delivery mechanism as an ultrasound cartridge.
Are body and eye treatments automatically included?
No. A dedicated eye tip and compatible handpiece are required for eye-area protocols; body treatment requires the relevant optional accessories and appropriate local indications.
