Online booking is processed by our scheduling provider (Boulevard); payment information is handled by our payment processors and is never stored on this website. Our website itself does not use advertising trackers.

Medical information shared in the course of care is handled under applicable healthcare privacy laws and our clinic policies.

No mobile information or personally identifiable information will be shared with, sold to, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the practice — such as our scheduling and messaging platform (Boulevard) and payment processors — solely so they can perform those services for us, and where required by law.

By providing your phone number to Nova Skin Lab (for example, when booking an appointment), you agree to receive text messages from Nova Skin Lab related to your appointments, such as confirmations, reminders, and two-way conversational messages, and — only if you separately opt in — promotional messages.
